Vicki Schober Co., Inc. is a manufacturer and wholesale distributor, and as such reserves the right to determine the qualifications of a customer to make wholesale purchases. A customer must be in business and provide evidence by way of appropriate business license and/or resale number in order to qualify for wholesale pricing.

Arrangements can often be made to accommodate special circumstances. Please contact a Vicki Schober sales rep at 800-541-7699 to discuss your unique needs. We look forward to being of service to you.

ESTABLISHING CREDIT & OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Credit may be established by completing a credit application with approved credit references and bank account information. Please allow two weeks for processing credit applications.
• Standard terms upon credit approval are Net 30.
• Finance charges of 1.5% per month are assessed on all past due accounts.
• If you choose not to establish a net 30 account, payment options include COD, credit card, or payment by check sent in advance of shipment.
• All major credit cards are accepted.
• A $20.00 service charge is assessed for each NSF check processed.
• Because of the high cost of processing small orders, a $10.00 small order fee is added to orders totaling less than $35.00.

WHOLESALE PRICING
Every effort is made to keep our published price lists current, however due to uncertain market conditions, pricing is subject to change without notice. Call Customer Service to confirm pricing or to obtain a current copy of our wholesale price list.

Volume pricing agreements may be set up by contacting a Vicki Schober sales representative.

Matboard & Foam

• Discounts are given at 25, 100, and 200 sheets.
• Matboards and sheets of foam are assortable for quantity discounts. Cartons of foam, however, are not assortable with sheets of matboard. Full unopened cartons of foam are discounted at 2, 4, and 8 cartons.

Paper

• Discounts are given at 25, 100, and 200 sheets.
• Papers are not assortable with mats and foam.

Moulding

• A 5% discount is given on 5 or more assorted chops or joins.
• A 10% discount is given on 10 or more assorted chops or joins.
• A 15% discount is given on 25 or more assorted chops or joins.
• Call for a custom quote on 50 or more assorted chops or joins or length orders of 200 or more full sticks.

Glass
Glass is sold by the full unopened carton only and discounted at 5 and 10 boxes.

Ordering
Customer Service is available to take your order Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM CST at 800-541-7699. You may also fax your order to 800-628-3087 or mail your order to the address at the bottom of this page.

Shipping

• Generally, orders received before noon CST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next day.
• Orders are usually shipped Federal Express Ground. Next day, 2nd day, and 3-day guaranteed delivery services are available upon request via Fed Ex and UPS. Please specify your shipping preference upon ordering. A handling charge is added to all orders.
• Orders for Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska are generally shipped via Speedee delivery unless otherwise requested.

Vicki Schober Truck Delivery

• Orders are delivered via our Vicki Schober truck to selected cities in Wisconsin and Illinois. See our Vicki Schober Truck Schedule.
• Orders for Vicki Schober truck delivery must be received one working day in advance of the scheduled delivery date.
• Vicki Schober truck delivery is free with a minimum $75.00 order, however a fuel surcharge is assessed when gas prices are high. The fuel surcharge will appear as a freight charge on your invoice.
• Truck orders of $75.00 or less will be assessed a $15.00 delivery fee.

Returns

• All returns require prior notification. Contact Customer Service at 800-541-7699 to arrange return authorization.
• Defective items will be replaced at our expense.
• Every attempt should be made to reject a package that appears damaged in shipping. Call Customer Service to have the product re-shipped.
• A 20% restock charge is assessed on products returned for any other reason. Freight must be prepaid.
• There are no returns on special order items.
• No returns are allowed when the product has been at the customer's location for 30 days or more.

Credits

• Credits will be issued only after the product has been returned.
• Credits on your account are void if not used within 6 months of issuance.
• Returned product which has been charged to a credit card will be credited back to that credit card.
